The second one has a faster processor (2.6 GHz vs 1.6 GHz, same per-clock performance) and a bigger screen. The resolution is lower, but in this case it's an advantage since you don't have to use DPI scaling which doesn't work in some programs, and also makes for better gaming performance due to the lower load.
