i want some 1 to make a mod that has speed scale how fast you walk or somethin well this is how the command should go /speedscale 1,2,34,5,6,7,8,9,or 10

Meh.
You can make players have slower movement speeds, but jets would be an issue...

And timescale is global, plus it can only go from 0.5 to 2.
