I don't have a job right now, I shifted my sleeping scheduled a few hours back so that I would have 5 hours before school and 3 hours after school, so that school is now in the direct center of my daily schedule. I also have friends in two completely opposite timezones and this allows me to talk to them both without staying up late/getting up early.It's worked out for me in numerous ways and I feel much more energized throughout the school day. I'm not exactly much of a social butterfly or a party goer so I have no real reason to be up past 7-8PM anyway.
10:00 PM to about 8-9 in the morning10-11 hours of sleep.
Damn that actually seems like a really good thing to do. Not to mention you also get 8 hours of sleep as well. I've tried going to bed really early like at 8 like I used to when I was 12 but it's really hard. How do you do it?
