No one is going to make you CoOwner just out of the blue , provide things like the names of people who recommend you, etc. Look at admin applications for a better understanding.

Not to be a richard but I wouldn't trust you as administrator on any of my servers.

Your best bet is to make friends with someone who runs a server, not posting that you want special privileges from people who you don't even know.
