Okay, I admit it at first this seems handicapped and I am almost sure to get flamed but,...
wouldn't it be awesome if you had a gun, that when you shot somebody, ONLY THAT PERSON started laggin for a set amount of time? And if you shoot them again within the lag time limit, then they would lag even more and they would be forced to lag off??? I don't know why, but I thought that would be hilarious!

What XD tried to say was that it would 'give power to the noobs'. In this case, it would mean the the admins of random servers. Badspot has a thing against releasing add-ons that give the admins too much power.

I agree with XD, this will just give power to the nooby admins who will abuse this gun. It also just seems inappropriate and I think that it gives admins abusive powers.

I'd openly guess if it's like a kick-gun, do something like

disconnect();

But if it's like, hilariously brutal, than something like

crash();

Both of which actually work :O

Anyway, instead of crashing their game make it download research to their computer and put it as the wall paper. Make it stay there forever and just to make it worse, make it lemonparty. Then make their parents see and they get banned from the computer forever and they don't leave their house because they swore.

Next thing we will have a "Trap you forever ball. You can't leave. All you can do is turn your computer off. You can't leave the server, leave the game, leave the ball. It's so annoying! That'll show him for not reading that last rule!111!antidisestablishmentarianism1 1!"

Just trick them into Alt + F4 or kick them.

Hypothetical you mean. Anywho you'd just set the screen shake to an immensely high number on the projectile.

Oh, I had a idea, is there a way to cap someones fps? I know Gmod has a Con command. It could be helpful to test addons with diffrent levels of lag.

Also the way you're talking it sounds like you support this, so obviously you are the stupid one because you are disagreeing with badspot when you support this topic. Yeah it would be real funny to have it download research to someone's computer, NOT. How would you like it if it happened to you Spation?

I've seen somthing like that before I don't remember where but it was a shotgun.
