I've been playing patty cake since first grade and I've never gotten my back scratched as a result. What kind of patty cake were you playing?

Back scratching is done during love (oral or vaginal) / as foreplay.

Edit: to bring this back on topic I'd like to say that being high probably made being scratched more enjoyable
