Do you grind the beans? Also mind if I ask what type of beans you buy? I'm thinking about buying my own brewer and coffee bean grinder. I really want to start drinking my own coffee at home because not only do I find coffee helping me concentrate/wake me up in the morning - it's a lot cheaper to do it at home rather than going to Starbucks twice a day.

Oh I cant drink that stuff, too gross. I don't know how people can gulp down that instant dust. I need to drink gourmet coffee. I thought you grinded your own stuff at first.

We drink it simply because we need something for those early mornings. Gourmet coffee is a joke if you ask me, no point.

I disagree, maybe because I live in New York and frequent yuppie garbage independent espresso bars. However, I have no problem paying $4 for a good tasting latte. I cant handle something that tastes like penicillin.

I use a french press or Vietnamese filter for my brews, usually the coffee beans we I buy are already ground but you can purchase plain beans and roast them yourself if you want.
