why are you guys acting like google is some sort of tyrant? they provide many free great services that everyone uses on daily bases and even rely on them. the internet would be down 50% in activity if google died.

lord people complain so much yet still continue to use their services. why? because they are good but hey we all have to be in denial and complain about something sometimes

Your videos can get flagged for copyrighted material if you have radio playing music in the background.

then there is this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQfHdasuWtI
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAi81_uvztM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bt1ubSVMwaw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JqjDhuPFaQ
where some random company can go: "he used 5 seconds of our song! FLAG!"

they are just protecting themselves and their users from copyright trolls. we should yell at them instead of google.

Their logic is that they have claimed complete ownership of a sound, even if you bought a cd or a digital copy of said song. It would be like walking into a dance club, telling the dj to stop, and demanding that everyone buy the song and then going home. I could post of a video of me at race track where they played some lady gaga song over the intercom and some company flags my video because they intercom decided to play a song in the background. It's stupid. You might as well shut down every radio station, every dance club, and stop making music.

Wanted to watch a vinesauce video, Muted.

Okay they've gone too far.

I feel sorry for the people stream Watch Dogs and decide to turn on the radio in their car.

I wonder if they could make a seperate 'layer' or something for the music, and the mic goes on a different one. Then if the audio is nuked there's still the person talking.
I actually thought this would be a good idea before this happened
So essentially the streamer could have some kind of music widget playing whatever below above or next to the stream, and people could listen to it and adjust the volume

no more darude sandstorm

Clever wording on that response. "We have absolutely no intention," meaning they still will if they have to.
