I dunno... Maybe if you took music, inverted all of the bits, and then reversed it? Maybe that's it's abstract. To be fair, though, there are probably quite a few 'opposites' of an abstract expression like that.

As for lettuce... no idea, really. Take the percentages of all of the minerals and compounds and reverse them (90% water, for example, would become 10% water)?
