root your phone or install CM to remove all the bloat.

i run CM and i usually run FAST for a S3.

Be mindful of the apps you've installed on your phone. Android phones cache app data to ram so that they start up faster which is why on restart your phone will show the least amount of ram usage, give it a minute and you'll see what it normally stays at

Just wait till the major android update for fall/winter comes out ;)

A lot of phones are supposedly getting this update, not solely flagship phones because of how more ram efficient the OS is so lower tier phones can support it :D

It's probably just LG's stuffty skin, I use like nothing on mine

idk, I heard you can unlock the bootloader and install roms on an LG, but if you really want to do that do some research
go to settings and look at open apps, remove the apps you don't use and it should run better

I sent you an xda thread on how to unlock it, you can probably just install cm and they might update your phone to android L.

I like LG's skin, plus I already told him why his phone utilizes most of his ram. I uninstall to factory shipped state and disable stuff apps that come pre-installed on my phone ;D (some apps are not stuff, I just don't use them)

trust me its actually not nearly as bloated as it looks

normal people if they disabled apps would probably only disable 1/4th of what I do
a good portion of that stuff is a mixture of live wallpapers and useful apps to other people
