Welcome to the forum topic where you can apply for admin on my servers! Please note that joke applications are NOT allowed. You have to actually be serious about applying, and those who are found abusing admin on my server will have their admin rights revoked.
UPDATE 10/14/2014: Application reviews are now based on a score-based system. Currently, you need 1 or more point to be accepted for moderator and 2 for admin. If a reviewer says no, 1 point is subtracted. If a reviewer says yes, 1 point is added.

Do's and Dont's
Here's a list of what you can do in an application and what you can't:
DO'S

• Fill out the template COMPLETELY. I don't want missing info.
• Try to make your application have proper spelling and grammar.
• When explaining why you need to be accepted, please be careful with your wording.
• It is a good idea to give evidence that the people you say recommend you actually recommended you.

DONT'S

• No joke applications (And of course, people make joke applications anyway).
• Don't just use one sentence when you explain why you want to be accepted. Try writing a paragraph (5 sentences).
• No less than 3 recommendations. Exceptions can be made for administration experience if you never had admin on a server.
