do they say "ow" or something else?
someone inform me

edit: by "something else" i mean "or do they just grimace, contort their face, etcetra?"

i ask this question purely for curiousity

And they also wince or contort their face in a way that suggests they feel pain. Pain is a universal language understood by all.

Deaf people sound handicapped no matter what sound they make so OP was wondering what they'd say if they get hurt.
