Author Topic: Tony Stewart hit and killed a fellow racer at a local track  (Read 6797 times)

It was yay for a different reason. I don't like NASCAR but my condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him. But I originally I wrote "Quit being a stuffrichard to all whose opinions are different from yours." But I figured that would get me flamed, as usual.
wow you are clinically handicapped

Tony Stewart has to live with this guy's stupid mistake.

Well the general rule is you should not get out of your car when you wreck unless it's up in flames or something else bad happens. I got an earful from the race director one night for leaving my car after being put in the wall by some starfish.
But the cars were under caution due to a wreck so they weren't going fast, probably only 30 mph. Still enough to kill a man though...

i dont see what makes it a murder. the idiot was walking out on the track because he was being a little bitch. he could have stayed in where it was safer, or at least headed out of track.

any driver could have hit him and it wouldnt have been their fault.

I have no idea tbh.
self declared starfish\troll? i got permad for that

no I'm not. that post made complete sense and you're just a friend.

No, I'm just surprised that the amount of bandwagoners and overreactors haven't gotten me banned yet, not that I agree with them.

If you didn't stick your richard into every topic with the inane commentary, like this one about somebody who died, we probably wouldn't be upset with you.

From what I've seen from the media, Stewart is very apologetic about the incident both publicly as well as to the victim's family. Don't go flying off the deep end; I'm not saying that anything that happened is okay.

The whole tragedy could've been prevented had both parties been less stupid.

That's not how it started, really. I made a joke about the driver, not the deceased. And when people got all hot about that, I made it clear that I felt for the victim and his friends and family, but still people continued to hate. I can't win!

Involuntary manslaughter

Involuntary manslaughter

yeah? thats called an accident. no one is blaming him for a kill when the idiot is walking around on a racetrack.

why did you say "on purpose" it occurs to me that every other possible source is actually saying the exact opposite
