I don't trust it. What if robots become sentient beings, somehow become convinced humans are evil, and start a cybernetic revolt?
robots will never become sentient. i guaranty you.

anyone who actually is going to buy this is stupid as hell

"pfft. you guys REALLY believe they can program THIS? what's next, 3D PRINTING ORGANS? forgetin dumbass."

That's a straight up stupid thing to say. Never? With Moore's law being shorthanded to computers getting double the power every 2 years, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that within 10 years we could have a sentient supercomputer.

that's not what I'm saying

if you're going to pay 500$ for a huge ass iPhone siri, which you can't use for anything other than it staring at you and telling you when you get an email, you need to check your priorities.

this is a huge ass glorified iPhone case that DOESN'T move

i believe it is impossible to create a computer than can think for itself and have a strong self preservation drive. besides even if we do create sentient computers, we wont be dumb enough to give it a self preservation drive. and the PC cannot give itself one cos that would in itself be an act of self preservation and the PC cannot create something it doesnt know how to. Computers will never rule the world unless we asked them to

who the forget cares if it doesnt move. and if you actually watched the video you would know it does more than that. by the way im pretty sure it isn't $500

You're right, computers won't rule the world unless we asked them too. That doesn't mean that we aren't capable of building a computer that can interpret human language and carry out actions / conversations, though.

It is $500.

I mean it's a parody of the commercial but it has very valid points

Unless your house has a lot of technological systems that runs off of computers, I don't think you should be afraid of a small robot that doesn't even have any limbs.

watch this video and tell me this isn't stupid

"WATCH THIS PARODY AND TELL ME THAT THE PRODUCT DOESNT LOOK STUPID. THAT'S RIGHT, BASE IT OFF OF A PARODY"

I said it has very valid points
