Is the BLF blocked on your home internet or something?

Confined to mobile hotspots and I can't get a smartphone until I can pay for it. Another reason as to why the house is up for sale.

In the summer I barely ever go here but once school starts I'm on here whenever I'm not doing anything in school. It's pretty much the same coming home from school. I'm not on the BLF often at home.
