when you start trying this hard to make the robots spooky, the game loses one of it's main spooky factors, and that is regular-looking robots just constantly staring right at you
like the freddy with a bunch of heads all over it's body or the foxy with the weird whiplash tongue, those aren't spooky, they're just going to be weird to look at
