Author Topic: Live For Speed Megathread :: Realistic Racing!  (Read 3954 times)

Live For Speed is a fairly realistic racing simulator, released in 2003(?) by Scawen Roberts, Eric Bailey, and Victor van Vlaardingen. The game is dedicated for sport racing, although you can use it for things like drifting or City Cruise(drive around a track with a city layout, follow the laws etc). The game is fairly popular and costs £12 ($20) for the S1 license and £24 ($40) for S1+S2 license. If you have a S1 license you can upgrade to S2 for £12. More on that later

Cars, tracks, and licenses

In the game, there are two licenses. S1 and S2. The game itself is free in "Demo" and every license contains new cars and tracks. You can make your own skins and paints for the cars, and you can make custom map layouts with the in-game editor.

Cars:
In live for speed, there are 20 cars. From mini's to formula 1's.
