Author Topic: I got into a serious car accident  (Read 1961 times)

it depends on how fast the other guy was going, also OP likely had a stale green light so slowing/swerving may not have been a safer option
fault-wise, slowing would be the best option. safety-wise it would also still be the best option

They're dangerous and I drive a small car :(
well they should have either lights or stop signs so they aren't really that dangerous

Of course, but there are bad drivers out there, so...

A+ joke, great b8 m8, you should host a joke club
Make sure to invite all the people who really have been in clear accidents

It was already difficult to believe you flipped your car from a dead stop by T-boning someone, especially TWICE.

Except, depending on the area, he might not have had time to react. If there were trees 'n stuff to the left blocking the view until you're almost in the intersection, you're not gonna be slowing down when someone speeds through a red light.

You know there wasn't an accident right

No, and half the people in this thread apparently don't either. But that's irrelevant to my statement; my point still stands, whether OP is telling the truth or not.

You know there wasn't an accident right
that doesn't mean you can't talk about the hypothetical real version of OP's made-up accident

I guess if there was something blocking the view. but I can't recall ever being at a traffic light that was that limited
