I'd like you to define "normal". Does it have to be majority? I think its just the lack of change. It has become static and unchanging, therefore considered status quo.
As homoloveuality becomes more accepted I will admit the rates may increase a bit.
But you're never going to get anything close to 50/50.
Homoloveuality is the minority, and will remain that way. This
does not mean it is wrong it does however become relevant because
it is novel and people are going to pretend to be something novel rather than mundane.
Sure but it isn't 100%. It won't be near that until the old generation and stupid people die out and people become accepting. Even in vastly more accepting locations there are always those who would berate and look down upon homoloveuals, and openly voice it. Its still scary for people, obviously.
There's always going to be people that can find something to dislike about you. But I honestly don't think that in our most progressive spaces that it is a detriment to be openly homoloveual. Like I said, in certain social circles, certain websites, certain towns, many universities, you're going to get more positive attention for being homoloveual than negative, even if that's not the case in the rest of the world.
