I finished building about an hour ago, I've got most of the airport done, working on creating a highway system too.
Roads will be much wider, I'm going to make them 48x wide, and 32x for the one way roads.
Would really like it if people could make me some bricks- blocky looking streetlamps and those waterbucket things you see on the highways.

Building is a process in itself.

If you're asking if it takes time to get better at building mod terrain, not really. It's easier if you know your way around the mod terrain list, but it really isn't too hard!

GTA doesn't have quests.

The mod is nearly complete, its got a whole cop system to it!

My server isn't open right now, I'll open it a bit later

The mod is pretty much finished, just doing the final touches.
However the map is not! I need to do a lot more work on it until it's playable.
