On this day, the emperor/duke/whatever you wanna call him of Cthulhu Empire was assassinated while riding around in his car during a parade.
Known terrorizer, Dumb forgetcunt, successor of Dumb Cunt who fought in the Revolutionary War, was heard shouting "FOR THE GRAND COMMUNIST FUTURE!!!" right before he had shot the emperor. The Cthulhu empire falls into disarray as a result of the assassination. Search for a new leader has begun. News of a large group of rioters and looters are marching towards the great statue of Cthulhu. Half of the military is put on high alert because the statue of Cthulhu is their life and a big source of morale and culture. More recruiting centers are open and rifle production has boosted.

The military forms a large line around the statue of Cthulhu and dig in. Soldiers are posted in buildings to snipe any rioters/looters if things get too bad. However cases of rocks being thrown at civilians are present and are increasing steadily as well as rocks being thrown into windows of buildings and stores. Less lethal bullets will be used.
