This is a clone made by daprogs. You need to use the version the OP provided. It doesn't contain backdoors.

If this really was DaProgs' version (which I am fairly certain it is), then DaProgs has got his servers up somewhat. He made this and hosted it for a week or two. Everyone had IRC, then he got DDosed or Dosed, I'm not really sure which. Anyway, he said that he couldn't pay for all of it so he quit. Guess he is starting up again.

It is. I simply extracted the archive and diffed it with my version of RTB. That instantly showed the change of the connect server, and the missing code for 4.05 features.

It also shows that no new code has been added, like a backdoor for example.

The clone is also based on an outdated version, 4.04 instead of 4.05 which contains various fixes and some new features for server control.
