I'm pretty sure I used both a Tier and drop potion at the same time and they worked.

i remember when i thought a ravenheart was rare.
now the only swords that excite me are skysplitter and acclaim.

also is it just me or does skysplitter honestly look like its higher tier than acclaim? i mean seriously.

cause i remember in pservers there was a higher tier staff similar to cosmic but blue instead of red.
