Author Topic: How can I artificially lower the graphics on a game?  (Read 1521 times)

I'm not the kind of guy who likes perfect graphics.

Is there any program? I have an integrated graphics card, it's really crappy.

I want to run CS GO and still be able to enjoy it

try smashing your computer against a wall

yeah thanks i'll try that

If you're desperate for it to run faster (assuming that's the problem), you could reduce the display resolution at the obvious cost of quality but it could help out will performance.

go into display options and turn down the settings??????????????????????????????????????????????

what do you mean by artificially anyways

I think he means further than the ingame options allow

It depends on the game. Some have settings you need to change through the console that can further lower it, some have mods that further lower it, etc

you can try screwing around in the nvidia settings

Go buy a delux toaster Instead of your current standard model

you can try screwing around in the nvidia settings
or the control panel for the other manufacturers, whichever he has

i mean use a program/tool to boost it beyond game options.

also i'm running cs:go at 800x600 in windowed and it's still being a richardbutt

i remember getting a really low end config for TF2 to make it look like a PSX game and it was awesome

you technically could retexture the entire game to use lower resolution textures, but its not worth the effort
sorry op you wont be playing csgo anytime soon

just invest a new computer
