forget. Turns out I have ocular crescents in my left eye which would just gets worse over time, so yeah.

But I have a question for those who have glasses. What's it like having them? Are they annoying? What are your general thoughts on them?

There's definitely going to be mixed opinions on this but personally i prefer glasses over contacts. I find them less intrusive on my day. They're comfortable to wear and to achieve that level of comfortability is dependent on what kind you choose.

you get used to it after a while

I look better in glasses than I do with my bare eyes.

ive come to the point where my glasses are part of me

And now the opposite:

I have glasses but only use them when absolutely necessary, I dislike my glasses because they annoy me and I prefer to not have something on my face. It's really no big deal though and nothing drastic (you know, besides being able to see like a regular human being.) You'll certainly get used to them like them or not.

ive had glasses my whole life
for a while i just kept breaking 'em and breaking 'em, but that stopped when i got my third to last pair, which lasted 3 years

i just got a new pair over the summer and love em

thing is glasses will get super dirty if you dont clean them

I was glad when I got my glasses. Now I can read stop signs

Glasses are incredibly good looking on pretty much everyone imo.

Quick to take off, don't have to be worn all day, easy to store when they aren't in use.

I only wear them to see far away and to drive. Most of the time they are off.

ditto. Only bike not car

Glasses are actually cool. You can pick a pair that's both nice looking and comfortable. It's really not that bad.

You see them for the first week

Then, they suspiciously disappear from your view even though they're on your face
