Client_Server_Notification

It seems easy to make the way I see the code, but I am not experienced enough to make it.

Something that will show a popup notification like RTB would when someone is hosting, but you dont need RTB.
There will be an option in the master server list, you click the person's server and hit the button. It will save and notify you even if your in a server.

That makes it easy to know if a friend is hosting if he doesnt have steam or rtb. Like my friend Fire Vine.

Well, first off, it would require a dedicated server machine hosting all of this data and secondly, no, it wouldn't be easy. It would require a server mod and a client mod and would be all around unpractical.

Ya that's what I was thinking too. It would have to automatically refresh a server list behind the scenes occasionally to stay up to date and notify you when a certain IP or hostname has a server, right?

I remember when I remade the server join menu and it had a favorites tab. If one of your favorite-saved servers were being hosted, it'd be green, otherwise it'd be gray, pretty useful, idk where I put it though.

The link to download it was here. The first url was probably just some information about it, however looking at the code lets me see that this won't help you at all. All this does is use the function RTBCC_NotificationManager.push to send a notification when someone dies. It doesn't even include the function so if you don't have RTB it won't work.
