Would a gangs system be able to be put into play? But please, nothing like /ty's server, everyone just paid 100$ to make a gang instead of joining someone else's.
We haven't thought much on the gangs, but we will certainly take it in for consideration. Our goal is to not have DMs, as it was much trouble in previous servers/mods.
We've been having an decision issue about gangs. What would the players want to have in gangs, or just not have them at all? We would want the thoughts of players to make this aspect of the game appealing to the whole audience playing this mod.
We have these ideas

Gangs can make their own banks, so the owner gets charged a amount of money for every person in the gang. To pay, the gang members have to do evil things (killing, stealing) to get money, and 1/2 half of the money goes to the bank (-) the tax) and then the rest is money to use for anything! So the money gets distributed with more people, more tax, less abuse, and benefit with the money. They will have to pay to an anonymous character in the city called the big man, or else trouble will happen (the disbanding of the gang and a major dept) ~ No need to have other gangs on top of others because they'll only survive if they're really evil (kill, steal, etc.) ~ this would make newbie gangs not able to survive for long . They have to keep doing evil acts to be strong and grow in power, though having to pay... ~it'll still have the benefit of money :)

Gangs with more mobs, that is, more powerful gangs "rule" the ones directly under them, taking a fee from them... For existing. The fee depends on amount of players in the ruling gang, every of them has to make for a living after all!
This way, 2-player gangs rule these 1-player gangs, which need to expand, pay huge money forever, or die.
