At least I'm able to use third party software to make Android look good; Also, "looking good" is subjective; I honestly don't mind the icon sprawl because most of the apps I download have nice icons.

I really like using ssh and htop together because it allows me to monitor my computer, server, and phone all at the same time on the same screen.

Something nobody in the world needs to do :)
