The decision is given to the Emperor of LDO, who decides to agree. Lectios De Obtius agrees to collaborate with SERBA. They also choose to accept the gift of free-roaming. They give the same offer of freedom to roam in LDO lands, as long as they stay away from the temples. SERBA citizens shall be given the permission to visit temples after further relationships are made with SERBA.

Mind you, these things are half the size of the whales and are 50% less complex to make. Each Krill holds about half a million little mining drones to help with consumption.

A cargo fleet is sent to the whale fleet.  The cargo is demolition drones, meant for reducing large asteroids to rubble, and drill bomb drones, that drill into asteroids and explode, causing the astroid to break apart into pieces that the whales can eat.

Okay I'm gonna be putting some colonizable planets in the OP soon, and I need to tell you guys how it would work.

Because they aren't habitable, it's hard to live on them. Basically a dot will be placed, with a zone of ownership or whatever around the dot. The dot marks the location of the colony, and the zone expresses areas that you claim to be yours. You can have a series of smaller colonies in the zone or scientists researching the planet or whatever.

No.  BC has superior drones.  We will supply it.  Plus, we have millions of drones, a hundred or two won't make a difference.

Also you weren't invited when the plan was made so finances are set.  You can receive energy through the disk, however, if you like.  It was mainly made as an energy producer, and for users to purchase power.

BC begins thoroughly covering the disk inside and out with sensors, so that if anything is damaged or solar cells need to be replaced, work drones are automatically called out to assess the problem.

The Hive Program expands to 20 internal colonies and 140 worldwide colonies.  A colony moves in just over the border outside of the UVC.

The DM is cooled.  An entire kilogram is isolated over time.  500 grams of it will remain on Terra Nova in a giant-ass vault deep underground, and the other 500 grams will be sent on a space research mission to test the properties of DM.
