If it's non dedicated you can easily host off of your house internet.
I do it all the time, and it's quite effective

Well ya see i try to host from my house internet but it does not alow people to join all it sais when people try is SENDING PUNCH PACKET,SENDING PUNCH PACKET unlimited times.

Try resetting your computer, usually solves the problem.
Also be sure to disable any firewalls you have.

Disable the firewall.
There are only about three hackers on BL, and their keys are constantly getting revoked.
They bought enough keys total to fund college

It doesn't matter if a hacker plays BL or not. An open port is an open port. Anyone can use it. That's the point of a port being open.
