It was in the game v8 and before, but was removed in v9 (I think)

AT&T blocks it here. Do they have one of their really old DSL plans? That could be why, I've only ever heard about it happening to people on their newer 'U-Verse' plans.

We had AT&T ADSL and it was blocked.
