As good as an idea this is, and I wish this would happen, this would not stop him or anyone else IP banned from connecting on a seperate IP, which is easily do-able, (or just doable? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.), what with the various websites out there that accomplish this.


A more fitting punishment would be an outright key revoke/forum ban.

So he either has to shell out $10 for another chance, or chill his stuff finally, and the effects of this punishment take effect instantly.

It would give us a momentary break from his deplorable and occasionally unacceptable behavior.

He seems to be a good kid, and has good morals, but the web took a negative spin on him at early age. I like him, and still talk to him, but he needs to take a hiatus, and lurk for a while pretty much everywhere. He also seems to bottle up hatred, saying people should die, and that's something I don't like about him, he needs to be more tolerant, and peaceful. He seemingly lives at a troubled home too. I don't think we have the same definition of  the word morals. You're saying  he was acting malicious and is genuinely a bad person.  I think the INTERNET (not just BLF) took a negative  spin on him when he was young, leading him to be like this,  I also never said he changed , you misinterpreted my post, or hardly read it, and put words into my mouth (on my keyboard or touchpad, you get the message.)
