They are more or less likely going to release it when the GTA V Sooper cool HD edition comes out.

As long as it plays on PC, that's all that matters.

Their ulterior motive for delaying the pc version was probably to blame the "PC pirates" and try to maximize profits on the console market. Now that the probably got enough money off the console crowd, they figured they can final do a pc version.

Honestly, I beat it on the PS3, I got bored of singleplayer, went online, got shot every time i spawned when i started a new character. Getting in a mission was a godsend as I wouldn't be camped like every 2 seconds.

Yes, I tried the passive mode. However that doesn't apply in vehicles. And if you're stupid, vehicles are how everyone gets around. Guess how well that went.
