i say we get a baseball bat and break that androids knees. thatll teach him to step in the wrong turf

I updated it and the only cool thing so far is that I can reply to texts from notifications. If the text is longer I have to go in anyway so really haven't' been super cool yet.

Timelaps is interesting, trying to figure out how to do something with it.

Ever since the IOS 7.1.2 update, my iphone had data/wifi connection problems and it kept disconnecting. To make it work, i had to hard-reset my loving phone every time for it to work, then after 30 seconds connections go out. This made my months of summer vacation horrible, plus the first 3 weeks of high school. thanks to the god oh mighty IOS 8 the loving bug is fixed.

I'd wait a bit to update guys, I already found several of bugs, heres a list of the ones I have found:

  • When moving apps, sometimes the app gets stuck and you end up with a static app that you can't open or move, to fix it you need to restart
  • imessages do not get sent on occasions
  • Turning on zoom in accessibility can make the screen unresponsive
  • Audio Messages in iMessage do not get sent on some occasions
  • Notification Center will not scroll sometimes
  • The entire touch screen will on some occasions become completely unresponsive or half responsive
  • If you somehow manage to do so, you can put the settings app into itself causing iOS to crash for an odd reason.

I would update after the first patch is released, that way you don't have to deal with the above that I have discovered.

I'd update but I see no reason to do so. And it would probably break something because my phone is jailbroken.

u dumbo
dont update your phone. restore to vanilla first then update. otherwise you will kill your phone
also dont. no jailbreak yet for ios 8.

I've updated while jailbroken before. It didn't kill my phone. It just killed all of the contents of my phone. I had no problem reinstalling iOS.

What does this change for iPad? Anything different, or is there no point?
I have an iPad 2 BTW

Which iPhone do you have? I got it earlier and it seems to be smooth sailing
