I am kind of still irky about the whole thing, but I know multiple things:
1) It looks absolutely loving amazing on college applications.
2) It looks absolutely loving incredibly amazing on college applications.
3) My mom said Princeton would like this stuff (she works at Princeton).
4) There is an unsettling chance I could get killed.
5) There is only one other boy in the "club". He is full onslaught gay and he's cute and all, but I would be annoyed.
6) Only one boy.
7) Deal with girls the whole time.
8) Girls.
9) I love helping people.
10) I need to raise 1.8k in order to actually go on the trip :cookieMonster:

If you haven't gotten anything yet, I may or may not go to Honduras.

Statistics:
Under-5 mortality rank: 85%
Something like 80% of the cocaine(or meth, idk) comes from this place.
Gangs are a big thing here.
Kids are abused like stuff in state orphanages.
Gangs are a big thing here.
Gangs have guns and tax people.

This whole program is basically called "Students Helping Honduras" where people go and build schools, support the kids or something via donations, and play soccer a lot.

I'm gonna advise you to always keep money on you. Specifically anything more than $30 USD. NEVER walk around without any sort of currency or anything that can be given to a mugger, because if they believe if you are holding out on them, they will a) knock you out and rob you anyway or b) loving kill you.

Alternatively, have a cheap cell phone on you. Do not have any visible cameras, jewelry that you are not willing to lose, or anything valuable in general.
