Probably a tie between GTA V and The Last Of Us, as whenever I play on console it's those two games I play.

Soon to be my favorite is Destiny, I know it.

Nothing at the moment to be honest. I haven't been playing much other than Counter Strike but I wouldn't say that's my favorite game as of now.
