I'm thinking about upgrading from a 560 Ti to a new 970. My processor is an i7-2600k at 4 GHz. Would this be bottlenecking the GPU if I upgraded?

On one hand that's a nice CPU, but on the other hand that's an insane GPU. I'm not sure. :/
