The first key is ID 23092, which was a user who gave away his own key in 2013.
The second key is ID 4407... which I have not seen before. I have a list of the deactivated of keys that CCA gave away here: http://pastebin.com/h8eZZ4rD (they're all deactivated) and the ID right after it, 4408, might be an alt of the user.

I see no issue with it. They're already listed on the various Cca dramas, this is just an accumulation of them with names and IDs attached to them.

they don't have to. the first 5 letters of the key is basically a numbering thing, the blockland cloud used to have a blid to first 5 letter key converter (you couldn't have stolen keys by doing this) but kalph is a cunt so he removed it

im guessing we've reached the point where the first letter finally becomes a B because we have so many blids
