Everyone learns? Stop being so negative, gee. I'm a little more foward because I am tired, but that gives no reason to not feel confident about yourself. I loving sucked when I started RPing too, and I'm still not perfect at it. I don't even think I am cut out for the role of the United States, but to me I seem to be doing fine apparently. No one is perfect at RPing, because you always have to learn new things in order to adapt to the country or character that you are playing as. I loving hated it when people pointed stuff out when I was an early nation RPer, but it was for the good of my nation and for their and my own sanity, even if I didn't notice it at the time.
Norway is infact still part of the Marshall Plan; the United States hopes Norway puts more effort into using the money for economical rebuilding. NATO will certainly supply Norway with essential resources and money towards defense spending, the creation of military airports, a better border patrol of the connecting borders of Norway and the USSR, and other important values necessary to avoid invasion from the Soviets and a sense of 'Merican security in Norway.
