I hate to be the one to present to you your welcome present into Blockland. It is no longer being developed actively. They are working on hats and some network fixes, but that's about it. No contet

Unless you actually have a quote of Badspot saying "Blockland is no longer being developed," you're wrong.

Bottom line, there's no difference between core game and add-ons, except that add-ons can be made much more quickly than it would take Badspot or Rotondo or Kompressor to make and implement modifications to the game. One of the largest updates in recent times was Speedkarts, which Filipe made and then Badspot modified as needed.
