Well to be fair, putting it up to someone's head to make a call is an important test for any phone.
Especially for the women who have long hair flowing over their ears.

i pulled a hair out and it mad me crie :*(

It's quite obvious they didn't test it at all considering #bendgate.

If you looked more into it, you would have seen that Apple invited reporters into their huge testing labs and showed how bending was tested.

Since I've never had any phone catch my hair somehow or another (yes, my hair goes over my ears), if the new iPhone is doing it, I'd call it defective.
