Really? Because not only does it have the fastest performance on the market as of today, it's also the least-destructible phone on the market. Please elaborate on your issues with the hardware.

It's like bending a 2mm thick metal bar. It can bend and return to its normal state unless it reaches a certain level of force.
The worker is basically saying the phones that bent were put under pressure that's more than typical.
