Author Topic: Help me prove that time exists  (Read 2171 times)

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly... time-y wimey... stuff.

Started off well, that sentence.

time is a concept we created for ourselves
it doesnt exist per se. its also really iffy topic to discuss and describe because lets say when you travel at the speed of light, time itself doesnt slow down or stop. it slows down to you but not to everyone else. to you it looks like everything stopped dead in their tracks as you move towards your location. to everyone else it looks like you instantly teleported somewhere

Time is simply one of the mechanics God established when he created the universe; it's part of what I like to consider "the game engine of life".

he should call 463 to get the system rebooted

For those of you who didn't get the joke, "god" translates to 463 on a dial pad.

Ain't nobody got time fo dat!!!

Or, perhaps time is our explanation/interpretation of something naturally occuring in the universe, something that exists just because we created it.
