Have you ever noticed how weird the emotes are?

Instead of emotions like any other emote, we get a cookie, cookie monster, a sad panda, Ice Cream, and an NES.
And what's even more weird is that they are rarely every used, and actually are disliked by most of the members.
The only one that is ever used is the cookie monster when you are saying something sarcastic.

The panda is sad from the cookie being eaten, so it needs to curl up with some iceCream and play some nintendo.

i never really got , to be honest.

we see it on quite a bit of page corners, and ive heard people say it's an emote but in all my time here i've never seen it with the other emotes

I think Bsjac mentioned before the ice cream means "Eat stuff" because of the no swearing rule the forums had years ago.
