What I do is I change my shirt and then my pants. Partial nudity is better than being in your underwear.

Maybe because people can try their hardest and still don't do very good? People have disabilities, people could be overweight. Just because you are some perfect snowflake who can do everything perfectly on your first try doesn't mean everyone else can.

I recall getting noticably healthier from PE (although I didn't lose weight, my weight remained constant as I gained a few inches of height)
Going to the gym regularly is a better substitute though

Well, I mean, it's PE. I guess that's why so many Americans are fatasses. Our education system can be pretty stuffty sometimes, especially with the whole bias in textbooks and whatnot. I read that a school film in Oklahoma blamed Muslims for the Oklahoma City bombing.
