Gallente FTW!
But I'm in some corperation now wich is located in Obe (Amarr).
Pretty neat corp.

Going for a subscribtion today, if I alteast have money.
Btw I still have a 30 day sign up code for a 30 day trial instead of a 14 day.
And I dn't need it so if anyone needs it? just quote me on it.
Im located around the Dodixie area doing PVE Ratting and occasional mining
Anyway right now I can fly all T1 Caldari and Gallente ships
If you want to make some serious money via trading, train up some trade skills and head to a trade hub. Im pretty sure the Amarr VII station in the Amarr system in the Amarr Empire is the closest trading hub from Obe. Caldari hub is the Jita system, Gallente is Dodixie and Oursulaert and the main FW Gallente system is Villore VI and the Minmatar hub is Hek
Im not sure what stations though, but along with with other minor hubs, Hek, Jita, Dodixie, and Amarr are the most popular trading stations

I remember posting in the old thread a few months back.

I'm currently a wee bit over 10 million skill points, and I have skills for tech two Gallente and Amarr frigates, mostly for the purpose of scanning and the Ishkur, I have skills up to battleship for Amarr and Gallente, and level five cruiser for the Ishtar.

I'm finishing a PvE fitting for the domi right now so I can help rat sites in the C5 wormhole my corp lives in.

I've only got about 300 million isk right now, but I should have more shortly.

Life in eve is good. lol

I currently got 1.2 Billion ISK and training up for an Ishtar

And I'm just sitting here with 3 million...

i'm training for covert ops ships so i can act as a scout for my corporation :cookieMonster:

i need to find a stable source of income, though. currently just running PI stuff to make consumer electronics, but that's only about half a million ISK a day...

Just in case anybody here didn't know, you can find a daily-updated influence map here. It's pretty cool.

You can go ahead and click on it to get the full sized map. The top left corner tells you what territories were lost and claimed, which comes in handy for figuring it how close we are to another skirmish.

How do people play this? Point and click everywhere, it feels slow and dull.

Its not for the impatient people.

Very slowly.

My friend was able to make real life profit out of EVE by setting up his own mining operation where he used multiple bots to drill ISK and then eventually transfer it and get it into real money.

once you get into a fight where you're managing four different targets at once, then you appreciate the point and click system

Me and my gf played this for a while back when we had stable internet (something we dont have the luxury of anymore D: )
We had a mining/production corp and were making bank thanks to her math skills :P
But even with all the money we made in the game, it doesnt help when you live in the middle of nowhere.

I miss it though, its peaceful, and a great thing to have on in the background as you are programming or doing other chores, just set your ship to mine with some drones and enjoy the pretty interactive screensaver while listening to calming ambient techno tracks.

yeah, one of my favorite thing about EVE is that you don't have to manage it 24/7. you can literally start mining or just sit back and wait for skills to train and go do other stuff. it's super easy for someone like me who has not much time for playing games anymore lol

Just got back into the game last week and even convinced a friend to sub! coincidentally, it has been exactly a year since I re-subbed again. Ahhhh I missed ship spinning so much,
