Add-Ons!

Hallo, Blocklander's!

My name is Sivad, or ingame as SirBarrel(That is also my steam if you'd like to friend me.)

I'm looking for some friends to play Blockland together, and I have a question, so to speak, or a request, as a better word to use.

When I got a new computer, I lost all my add on's/saves, but the issue is, the last computer I had that had Blockland and all my good saves/add ons on it is a Windows XP computer, and it's died on me. Anyways, onto the question; Is it possible for anyone to email me their add on's folder with all their add on's in it, so I can install it into my folder as well so I'd instantly get all the add on's you have?

You may be asking, why not just download your add on's again? I don't remember them. I don't remember half of the add on's I owned, because I had quite a few, most, if not all, from RTB's Mod manager(Though I still don't remember the names.)

You can find a ton of add-on "dumps" in this thread. It includes the RTB archive and a lot of other cool stuff.

no but really this gives me an idea: why not make an "essentials" addons pack, sort of like RTB's old ones? it'd be fairly useful for new players and stuff

you could figure out what the essentials are to people by running a poll on the forums

Well, I should have clarified that I know about the Add On's area...

I'm probably coming off as that noob that doesn't know anything about the game, because in all honesty, last time I actually played was back before they had the Pumpkin models and treasure chests. Back in the good ole' days, with the Bedroom map and the Kitchen map.

I think the essential add on packs would be great! :D

It's beyond dead. Like, the monitor of the laptop is ripped off, I've spilled coke on it atleast three times, It has a battery life of 13 minutes, and so on...

I'm mainly looking for add ons for building CTF bases, like on Tezuni's server.

Haaaaaave you tried the obvious solution of pulling your hard drive out of the laptop? with most laptops, if not all, this can be done in two or three easy steps.

Ill try. i have a lot of addons i'd like to keep private, or that mod makers would like me to keep private. or that i just dont want to share because im a good business man and i cant have multiple people hosting the same servers as me because they just got the addon i use for competitions sake, but i will try to send you a lot of my older addons.

Take out the hard drive and plug it into an other computer, preferably a desktop.
Don't replace the hard drive but unplug the disk drive and use those cables to connect the other hard drive.

Then just start up the computer and find your saves/addons on the D/E/F drive.
