I'm not even going to look at it but according to what people are saying that he threw it several yards; that's incredibly excessive. It might be alive but that's still blatantly cruel punishment. That cat's neck is probably permanently injured.

It doesn't matter if the animal is injured or not. It's animal abuse.

It's disgusting and entirely unnecessary.
If you have the mentality to grab a cat tightly by the throat and then fling it, and not only that but take a loving video of it and "tell it so", then you're a danger and a menace. You clearly have no self control and have no issue with applying such aggresiveness and violence to anyone/thing weaker than you.
If you can contemplate and act on something like this to a cat, then you can do it to a child, or a mentally/physically handicapped person, or an elderly person.


A normal, civilised person would simply remove the cat from their house.
Cat's have a scruff on the back of their neck that you can grab them from without much force and not cause harm. Furthermore, you can grab it by it's body.
You can give a gentle toss to a cat and it will land safely and bolt away.

You DON'T have to strangle it and launch it across the street.
