cat is fine. last frame of it looks like it landed on a patch of grass with both its front feet
the dudes grasp around the cats neck was not brutal. cat wasnt defending itself because it cant. its like a special position. much like how puppies can be picked up by the back of their neck and remain completely still.

when he threw it the cats neck didnt break and it probably didnt cause permanent damage either
they are agile like loving snakes. they are also strong and dont have necks made of straws like most forumers here
he threw it across what looked like a tiny road. like 2 yards max. he didnt whip it into the ground. he threw it at an angle giving the cat time to move and land

Honestly, I'm surprised at all the people saying "blatant cruelty." While I say it steps into the bounds of cruelty, Block has a point. Animals don't really understand "no" all that well. I think the dumb move is posting it on Facebook though.

Furthermore, why do we have to say "Black boy chokes cat..."? Who cares what race he is. Can't you just say "Boy chokes cat..."? Seriously, if we're going to discuss atrocities here, this should be one of them.
