Panel #1 - After shooting M4JR in the eye, Rep Guy then suddenly encounters Cykera as shown here.
Panel #2 - M4JR pretty much caught on.
Panel #3 - Pretty self-explanatory.
Panel #4 - As a last resort, he thinks about throwing Boost to M4JR as a distraction to allow him to run.
Panel #5 - He pretty much throws Boost.
